Talk with the Phillips Collection Director, Jonathan Binstock, Sunday, January 21st, 2024.

The talk was very well attended, held at the Washington Studio School, and facilitated by Jackson Art Center, artist, Robert Haft. The discussion covered Binstock’s experiences as Director of the Memorial Art Gallery at the University of Rochester, as curator of Contemporary Art at the former Corcoran Gallery of Art in DC and as advisor for modern and contemporary art in the Art Advisory & Finance group of Citi Private Bank. He talked about the DC art scene and about his vision for the Phillips Collection, his having just recently taken on the directorship.
