Drawings in the Jungle (the Playground kind): Live Model at the Jackson Art Center

  • 3050 R St, NW Washington, DC 20007 USA (map)

Join us for a playful afternoon of live model drawing on the old playground space at Jackson Art Center. Sheba, one of DC's best figure models, will make use of the ancient jungle gym and other playground toys with beautiful short poses that will remind us of the original use of the space. Bring your drawing supplies and paper, and anything else to make yourselves comfortable (portable stools, outdoor easels, etc.) We will be moving around, though, so keep things light and transportable.

Hoping for good weather, but if it rains we'll move inside.

Model fee will be covered, but any additional gratuities on your part for Sheba will be gratefully appreciated.
